Orders
Orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days with FREE delivery on orders over £40.00 to the address specified by you. Please check the address you have given before completing your payment as we cannot accept any responsibility for mistakes such as incorrect post codes.
Payments
We accept PayPal, credit and debit card payments through our online store. Orders will only be accepted if the payment transaction has been successfully completed.
Delivery
The Highland Wax Boutique securely package all items in beautiful packaging which are sent through Royal Mail. These come at no extra charge, we pride ourselves on our beautiful packaging. All products will be sent with second class postage, these will be sent within 1-2 business days if this option is selected at checkout for a slightly increased price or 3-5 business days if this option is selected. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery to all UK mainland addresses. If your order has not arrived within 7 days of being dispatched, please contact us within 21 days to let us know and we will track the order on your behalf.
Damaged Goods
The Highland Wax Boutique check every product prior to dispatch. Should any item be received in a damaged condition, contact us at kerry@thehighlandwaxboutique.co.uk as soon as possible. When you contact us, please ensure that you provide your order reference number and contact details for you. Should your order arrive in an obviously damaged condition, we recommend that you do not accept these from the courier.
Returns & Replacements
The Highland Wax Boutique wants your shopping experience with us to be as enjoyable as possible. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product is in the original condition and packaging. Original condition means that there are no marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition.
If the product is not in the original packaging or is damaged in any way, we regret that we will be unable to offer any refunds.
Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and if approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item(s), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Products
It is your responsibility to let us know of any allergies you may have upon ordering. It is also your responsibility to ensure safe use of all products. We cannot be held responsible for any negligence or misuse of products. Also follow wax burning advice appropriately and never leave a lit candle unattended.
